What is Domiciliary Care?

"Domiciliary care is defined as the range of services put in place to support an individual in their own home. Services may involve routine household tasks within or outside the home, personal care of the client and other associated domestic services necessary to maintain an individual in an acceptable level of health, hygiene, dignity, safety and ease in their home" - Department of Health

We are there for clients who are struggling with the following chronic conditions:

  • Weight Related Issues Support

  • Parkinson’s Support

  • Cancer Support

  • Arthritis Care

  • Diabetes Care

What services do you offer?

We make sure to provide services that meet your needs, such as:

  • nursing care from a registered nurse

  • shopping (either with you, or on your behalf) and meal preparation

  • getting out of the house and meeting friends

  • supervision and companionship

  • Personal care, such as getting washed and dressed in the morning

  • Picking up prescriptions
